Panini: Book Discussion

I bought this glossy cookbook when I moved out of the dorm in college. I had never read it because I didn't cook like I planned to.  I was so overwhelmed with studying and working that I kept eating at the college cafeteria and ordering Chinese takeout...I still am not cooking at all because I continue to depend on takeouts now... I feel too overwhelmed to cook and I find that I wasted a lot more money on shopping for grocery that went spoiled.  Restaurant takeout costs me about $10/day for both lunch and dinner. (I order meals that include veggies as often as I can.) This $10 however  doesn't include the $0.59 I spend on every navalorange that I try to eat everyday. I guess it will cost me  more if I am to make my own Paninis at home?

While I never tried out the recipes in this book, you are welcome to share your opinion on this book in the comment area below if you have tried some of its recipes.  Or if you want to get a copy of this hardcover for $1.50, I'm currently listing this for sale on my bookshelf clearance page so as to make space.
